Secure1 Clothing Return & Refund Policy

At Secure1, we're committed to delivering quality and style in every garment we create. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we're here to ensure your satisfaction.

Return Period

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, free from wear and tear, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags attached. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase as it will be required to process the return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. This includes, but is not limited to, face masks, underwear, swimwear, and socks. Additionally, items marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Clearance' are not eligible for return. Please note that gift cards are also non-returnable.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you via email. We will provide details about the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@secure1skate.com and send your item to: 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273.
